Depends. Most of the time I like to get it off my chest, but must say the longer I can keep something in my bra and the fuller it makes my bra...the better!!

Some burdens linger on. When I can see a resolution, then, I pursue one. Old crap out/ New crap in. There is always something and often, the same darn thing over and over.
