There is some kind of bug going around. You are sick to your stomach and you don't know which end to hold over the toilet. You have a headache and have no energy. I had it this weekend. It was not fun.

This morning due to far to much beer ( well it was a party) had to be up at 7am when I woke had to go...you know barf.

Be grateful that you don't have IBS. Or maybe you do? I get really sick just from eating the wrong thing, or from eating a large meal.
