Yes they do, but it depends on the gamestop you go to and if someone has sold them older games like the PS1 games. I know of one gamestop that every now and then gets in SNES games, but it depends on the gamestop.
Call ahead to your local gamestop and see if they have them in stock. Ps1 games are getting harder to find since it was two console generations ago however.

Most of them discontinued selling them in 2005. But some larger GameStops still do sell them. But their site still sells them! :-)
