It's not the yawning but the gong to sleep with is embarrassing. Lectures, sermons, and sometimes office meetings. I don't so much yarn as fall asleep and snore not a gentle Zzz but a goody, to my humiliation the speakers annoyance and the amusement of colleagues

There's a Pepsi-Max commercial out where everyone is yawning!! Try getting through the commercial without yawning, it's almost impossible!!!!!!!

I've heard it was because you're not pulling enough air
into your lungs, so you involuntarily yawn to give the lungs
another good shot.
