I suppose your talking about electrolytes right?

it would be a strong electrolyte since potassium is highly soluble

this would also be considered a strong base

It would give an alkaline (basic) solution. Actually, the solution colors phenolphthalein red (pH > 8).

K2SO4 + H2O ===> 2K+ + HSO4- + OH-

HSO4- is only slightly ionized with a Ka = 1.26 x 10^-2. It is the first ionization constant of H2SO4 that is infinite.
