The SBA is a government organization that helps for free (your tax dollars) with writing business plans. There is no way to answer your question without actually doing the work. The numbers are based off of assumptions.

Good reponse from Custody Consultant. There are lots of free business plan templates on the web. It just requires that you complete the sections in a templated business plan with your own descriptions of the business you want to create.

The numbers were the HARDEST thing for me when I was doing my business plan. google "business plan" and get some templates, then visit score.org, they actually have retired (or current) business people that have volunteered their time to mentor you. Their area of specialty is listed and where they live so you can pick the right person for you.
