For my opinion i look at the states, Chris Doughtry is way too new to compare with Clay, Clay has more cd's and more selling albums. But i doubt Chris Doughtry will meet up to what Clay has done.

Chris Daughtry he is AMAZING... yay clay aiken has more cds but Chris is more talented he sold more than 1 million copies after just 5 weeks of release, becoming the fastest selling debut rock album of all time. In its ninth week of release, the album reached number 1. Clay aikens has been singing longer u cant really compare them anyway there also toatally diffrent genres chris genre is more popular

This depends on how you look at it. If you're basing it on airplay time and the oppinion of mainstream media, it would be Chris Doughtry. But base it on number of fans, record sales, and the time span in which their shows sell out, it's Clay Aiken.
Personally, I'm for Clay.

I think Clay is because he has been famous for like 4 years now. But, over time Chris will be for sure. He's really close anyway.

Clay Aiken is more successful. He has sold tons of albums but you rarely see him doing interviews or anything because he is always on tour. He also has a very loyal fanbase.

Chris Daughtry, he has a terrific voice and he ought to of gained the call of idol. Do you ever hear anythin approximately taylor anymore? nope, that became into the worst ending on idol i think of. i admire blake! he's from my homeland that's cool.
