Are you currently taking antibiotics for the UTI? If so that can screw with not only the effectiveness of birth control to prevent pregancy, but also with the entire period cycle.

If you have had unprotected sex this month and are worried that could be cause of the missed or late period call your doctor for a test, or pick one up at the grocery store.

Continue to take your pills as usual... its not necessary to have your period every month, which is why pills like Seasonale actually sell.

I know nothing really about UTI s but that may be a problem- I'm not sure with that aspect. I recently had a similar stress out session, but that next day it started, but mostly stress can be a big effector as well. It was between 'reminder pill' day number 3-4 that it started for me-the latest in 2years that it's done that. Are you under a lot of stress in your life? If you do it does make quite the difference like I said. And with knowing you have a UTI makes stress in your life, but if you don't get 'it' in a day or so-call and ask your doctor or just wait until that sunday and take a preg. test. It'll ease your mind, and make you a lot less stressed. And going crazy and worrying isn't a good state of mind to be in. I know this and you do too. Go ask your doctor, I always do no matter what the issue may be. I use to not, but it's the smart thing to do. Let me know if you need any more advice! Hope this helps. ~Adia.

I UTI infection can have something to do with it cause that puts ur body under alot of stress so it is possible that it messed up ur period. U could also be pregnant.. take a test to be sure. The pill is not perfect all it takes is for u to forget to take it once and u could have a baby. Call the doctor's office to make an appointment for sometimes next week in case the period doesn't come and then u will know for sure what is going on.

Easy there, if you just started your pills it could take a few pill packs to get your period regulated with the pills.

The UTI might be affecting it. Are you taking any medication for the UTI? What you are taking for it may affect you as well.

If you are very concerned talk with your doctor.

if you have just started your body might be getting regulated to the change in hormone levels, you might see spotting later on in the week it depends on how your body adjusts~goodluck~
