adobe brushes [photoshop]?

do you know on yahoo answers, how both sides of the page
is striped? anyone know where to get that brush for adobe photoshop?

and..

does anyone know where to get amazingg brushes or fonts?

The striped backround that you see in Answers is not a brush, but just the tiny repeated image of four grey oblique pixels.
