Would global warming enthusiasts even consider the relation between global warming and sunspots , or the sun , period ?
Or would they categorically dismiss the possibility cause they're already so stuck on blaming it on us ?
Note : The title of this question is from Manfred Mann's 'Blinded By The Light' . And that song contains one of the most misunderstood lines in music history . See if you can finish the sentence in the chorus. . . .Blinded by the light ------ - - - - -- - - ------- - - -- - - - - -- - - - ? Smile , it's tough if you don't cheat and look it up !!

Some brimstone baritone anticyclone rolling stone preacher from the east
Says, "Dethrone the dictaphone, hit it in it's funny bone,
that's where they expect it least"
And some new-mown chaperone was standin' in the corner,
watching the young girls dance
And some fresh-sown moonstone was messin' with his frozen zone, reminding him of romance
The calliope crashed to the ground
Now that's what I'm talking about. You know I got reported the other day because I you always had the best posts but I missed your songs?

Cut loose like a deuce, another runner in the night.
I don't know if anyone else remembers the Canadian sketch comedy show the Vacant Lot, but there was a great scene where a bunch of guys playing cards all give their versions of this lyric, until one gets so annoyed he pulls out the album cover and screams at them what the right words are.
BTW, while Manfred Mann had the bigger hit with it, it was written and originally recorded by Bruce.
And while the sun may be a component (On the other hand, if the sun is actually sending more heat our way, why haven't Mercury and Venus burnt away by now?), it does not change the massive amount of evidence that shows that human activity is also a contributing factor.

The line is....
'Cut loose like a deuce...another runner in the night'. (Springsteen)
And the other line is 'revved up like a deuce' (Manfred Mann)
This song is actually written by The Boss - Bruce Springsteen.
And it has a VERY special meaning to me...the Jersey Girl!
Anywho...it's easier to blame humans than some BIG, HOT, DISTANT nuclear reaction! hehehe

"wrapped up like a deuce another runner in the night. for the missing Mafred Mann tune.
But as long as Libs think Al Gore is," the sunshine of their life" then "Time , time time is on our side yes it is!"

I have never been able to understand that line.. wrapped up like a douche in the light.
Maybe they were out of vinegar and water, I'm not sure.
I agree that increased solar activity is contributing to higher earth temperatures, green house gases are also contributing to a potential global disaster that is really much needed for this planet we are destroying. The human race is a virus, Agent Smith was correct.

they are infatuated with blaming us.
I'll be honest, from what I have observed, they have created this "man made global warming" thing because they are honestly scared to believe that is something that is uncontrolable, such as the sun and the earth.
