Right now for me, Thursday for "Burn Notice" on USA. ( and it's sadly only a summer series) And "Intervention" on Friday nights.

Sunday Tuesday and Thursday because Big Brother 8. Daniele needs to win. =) And Wednesday and Thursday because So You Think You Can Dance. Lacey, Kameron, or Pasa need to win. =) So, Thursday appears to be the best day, but So You Think You Can Dance on Thursday is just elimination...just like Big Brother. But Big Brother also has Head Of Household (HOH) Competition. ⥠And Monday's are good because new episode's on Making the Band 4 are on.
