I got my first job right after high school graduation when I was 18 at a doctors' office. The music director at my old church was the office manager and needed some extra help around the office. Come to find out, my job consisted of sitting in an extremely small, extremely dusty X-ray file room going through literally 10,000 patient files and getting rid of all the X-rays from '97 and older. When I was done, I was promoted to switchboard operator.
