Man, I was on GA400 a few weeks back in that congested traffic and I was sweating bullets thinking I was gonna die a young death and this lady in a BMW passed me, driving with one knee while she applied that mascara. I almost wrecked in amazement.

Opening our mouths helps to steady the eyelids from blinking, when the brush is really close to the eye. We also look directly at the mirror, and try not to see the brush in our hand, only the brush in the mirror.

I guess when you stretch your face to open your eyes wide your mouth just opens right along with it. Ok that is so hilarious. I had never really thought about it before!!

I have wondered the same thing, I see my aunt and sister's with their eyes bugged out and mouth wide open everytime.

I can, but it makes it easier to keep your eyes open wide when you do have it open
