I always thought it would be the last week in March or the first week in April. I only asked because I want to make airline reservations. Thanks for your answers.

You need to wait until closer to the time. The Cherry Blossoms don't flower for very long, so good luck!! They usually flower at the end of March or start of April, and the festival date will be decided closer to the time - it depends if its a cold or warm winter!
