It means fake girlfriend. But it sounds to me this is some form of crush he has deep down for you. He may really want to be your girlfriend? Check it out

"pseudo", not "sudo". It's a prefix that means sorta, kinda, not really, somewhat. He's saying you are *like* a girlfriend, but not really.
