you can't stop the itch, it is happening because the hair is growing back. One of the many reasons why I have been cautioning women not to shave down there. That hair is there for a reason, shaving it increases risk of ingrown hair, it also increases risk of yeast infection and heat rash. That hair is there to wick away moisture from the skin and maintain perineal pH. The only thing you can do is keep it clean and dry as you can and wait for the hair to grow back, oh, tell your boyfriend to take a flying leap and shave his own pubic hair, see how he likes it when it starts to grow back.

Many of the problems you may be facing could be just the tip of the iceberg on what is really happening in your marriage. I dont mean to scare you but many problems when they either first show up or if they keep reoccurring could be just whats showing from a larger problem that either you or your spouse cannot even see. One of the only things you can do to help is to talk honestly and openly with each other in the marriage. If things become more serious more serious options need to be looked at as possibilities. I have a blog that has more information on some of what I've been writing about. If you feel like checking it out I would completly suggest it. Read here https://tr.im/2hOwa
Love is a choice that is made everyday when you wake up and every night when you go to sleep. Some days you may not feel the original feeling but love isnt a feeling or an emotion. Its an action a verb. Falling out of love may just mean you need to spice things up a little or that you were never in love in the first place. Don't just get out of a marriage just because you don't think you like the person anymore.

You can go to the store and buy a feminine anti-itch cream. Just make sure to put it on the outside, and no-where near the inside of your vagina. The only crappy thing is, I found I had to use it often for it to not itch much.
After you shave a few times, the itching will get more bearable and not as noticable, at least this is what I've found.

Brandy - I just tried the toothpaste thing.. it s really weird.. feels like I ve dipped myself in ice but so much better than that itching.
Normally I PREVENT this itch by:
- Soaking my lady parts in a lot of baby oil first
- Soaking in a warm bath for a while
- Exfoliating a lot
- Shaving with a new blade
- Exfoliating again
- Adding baby powder continuously for a few days to keep the area dry
I will definitely try the hydrocortisone cream.

(male here) whenever I get itchy after I shave, I rub some deodorant down there and that works like a charm. Don't ask me how it works or if it's healthy because I have no clue but it clears things right up. I've heard aloe Vera creams help too

It's going to happen. No matter what you tried. Lesson from my mistake don't dry shave use some lotion or shaving cream. But even if you do it the correct way you may get some red irritated bumps. If these are the case use cold refrigerated vinagor. It will help take the stinging and inflammation away.also there is this thing exfoliating.. Incase there is ingrown hair. What I've been told to do and what I've done.. It might sound weird like really weird . but toothpaste..the chemicals in toothpaste has a cooling relaxing feel to it. It will uninflamitized area. The soothing paste will loosens up the inflamitized area and quick but correct help exfoliate unwanted in grown hairs and rashes.. Use tooth paste I know it sounds weird but it WORKS

Aveeno Anti-Itch works passably well.
The trick is to shave properly. Trim with scissors as close as you can without cutting your yoo-hoo. Lather up well...with a cream formulated for this type of shaving and something with Aloe. Go WITH the grain of the hair. Use a new blade. Immediately afterwards...use a triple antibiotic ointment (Neosporin) to prevent infected hair follicles because this hair is so coarse.
It is going to itch some as it grows back in. Shave properly and keep it shaved and it shouldnt be too much of a problem. If you are planning on letting it grow back out, use the antibiotic ointment and anti-itch cream ONLY ON THE OUTSIDE.

Do not use any "cream" or BABY POWDER! That is bad! What helps me is baby OIL, when I first shaved it didn't itch at all because of the help of the baby oil
