If your rising sign is Virgo, then your Capricorn stellium is either concentrated in the 4th or 5th house or splayed over both houses. Either way, they are in a trine aspect and that is a very favorable aspect and should be beneficial to you.
However, you haven't given enough information to pursue any further.
ADD'L:
You shouldn't feel boring because you have a Capricorn stellium. I don't know what your Sun sign or Moon signs are, or if you have any planets in the 1st house. Your Rising sign, Sun & Moon, will give your personality, temperament, emotional makeup, etc. Having an Earth sign rising and an earth stellium will give you a "no nonsense" attitude when it comes to your home life and/or your love life depending upon which house(s) the stellium is displayed as I said above.
Capricorn offers these positive traits: Responsibility, Resourcefulness, Ambition (goal oriented), Loyalty, and Dependability to name a few. What you may be feeling is the "weight" of Capricorn because it is ruled by the planet Saturn. Saturn is called the taskmaster for a reason and that reason is that it teaches us lessons of life. I don't know your age, but with a Capricorn stellium in your natal chart, you will think and present yourself more maturely than your age. So, you may be too young to appreciate the built-in wisdom of this Capricorn stellium. That would be understandable, but think of it as a protective shield because you are not a person that can be "played" too easily; which is a good thing!
Hang in there, you will have no problem finding the right mate, having all the fun you want and eventually realizing that your Capricorn stellium turned out to be very helpful to you.

OMG i have Virgo rising too and i hate it. I feel you! I don't see any positives to it, except that i'm a clean person. Other than that it totally sucks. It's like i can't express myself when i first meet someone (i'm so uncomfortable that's why), and it doesn't work to my advantage because my Sun is in Aries and my Moon is in Gemini. Now that's bad.......
I also hate my Pisces Mercury, it's horrible. I wish my mercury was in air or in the earth signs of capricorn and virgo. oh well it is what it is :(
Oh and if you are complaining about the capricorn stellium (i'm assuming you were born in the early 90s), don't worry about it so much. The stellium is not in your personal planets (rising, sun, moon, mercury, venus, and mars). It's in the planets that are much further away from earth so they just have a more generational effect. Everyone born in those years has the same stellium!

I hate much of it - Sun,moon and ascendant conjunct neptune in all in the 12th house making me weak and gullible. And a damn weak mars in pisces at the head of a t- square involving saturn and neptune.
Your Capricorn stellium and virgo rising could help you achieve great things in the material world if you focus those energies. Lucky you - I have no earth so i'm constantly spaced out.
My grandad had a four planet capricorn stellium and built a really successful business up from nothing but hard work.
I don't know about the bloke above saying uranus and neptune transits bring "good times", they often bring shocks, deception and confusion.

We are in a good time for capricorn stelliums because uranus and neptune were there lately and they move slooooowly. So, how does it feel to be a triple capricorn? :)

Well to be honest I agree with you. Those are pretty boring risings and stelliums. I don't blame you for disliking them.
