I hope that no one does not believe it. It is a constant threat.

WE ALLL THINK THERE IS A LEVEL OF TERRORIST THREAT!!!

But I have to laugh at people who are scared all the time. I live in NYC, off Atlantic Ave around one of the largest Muslim populations in the country. I take the subway everyday at rush hour, and I work next to the CitiCorp Center (the one owned by the Saudi Royals). I'm not scared at all and I laugh at all those people in the middle of the country who think they're a target.

What is it with you Cons that make you think you're the only one's who think the know anything about terrorism? Do you enjoy being afraid all the time?

I think they are a danger but I don't think we need to neglect other issues because we are battling terrorists.
we were safer after the attack on aphganistan and before iraq. now al queda has reformed and we're sitting ducks with no military here to defend us.
that's scary, but we can't ignore our other problems just because we may be attacked again.

the fact that we have not been attacked despite many threats in the past 6 years has made me and others less alarmed by new threats.

its hard because on one hand we are in danger and should be scared. but on the other we can't be paralyzed with fear over things of our hands

I have no doubt that there will be another attack. It may be big or small...but there will be one. No president can stop it.
I think we should do something on defense...like close our borders. That would be a good start. Then find out who is here illegally and I"m not just talking about mexicans. We have no idea who is roaming around our country right now.

Good afternoon. I think the problem is we are becoming numb to the fear mongering. This fear mongering has been used to lie to us and manipulate us. And say they are here. We'll have to shoot them ourselves as we have no military here. Fort Carson is a ghost town.

Maybe they are but we would lose if the terrorist waged an all out war on the US. All our troops are munsoned out in Iraq.
