I have a black ipod nano GB 2 its great everything works but the problem the sound is very low i put it in the highest and its still low how can I make it higher, i updated it my ipod, i tried the ipod wheel and i don't know what to do else PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP

nothing is working, what the hell is wrong with this iPod i love it but the volume is sooo low i can hear everything except the song.. i went to the volume limit and it was already in the max and the max is like min 2 mee!!

There are few solutions to this:

1) Your ears aren't as "new" as they once were (you can't hear as well).

2) It's a defect - email Apple, they might replace it (probably not - it's Apple, what do you think?)

3) It's a defect, and you think you can fix it by opening up your iPod. Good luck, hope you know what your doing if you do.

4) Make an amp.

I don't have my iPod with me to list all the steps, but on your iPod is a setting for maximum volume. Poke around in the settings on the ipod itself looking for the maximum volume setting.

I originally set mine to the max, but I discovered recently that it was set to a lower level. It might have been from a software update?
