diploid cells are cells with 2 of each chromosome (hence di-)
zygote cells is a made-up term, but would presumably refer to the cells of a newly formed zygote, which are diploid.

Gametes are haploid reproductive cells. Males gametes are sperm and female gametes are eggs. Once they unite they become a diploid zygote.
