Resident of where?

Most states in the USA will not prosecute a guy unless he is significantly older than the girl.

Ages as close as yours are fairly safe.

I'm sure the government does not care who you date. Relax!
The only time parents can take legal acton against some one you are dating is if he is 18 or older and you are 14 or younger. Technically, you could still date him at the age of 15, even if he is 18.

You technically did no longer cheat simply by fact remember HE KISSED YOU so its no longer your fault and don't ignore you pushed away. so which you probably did the the suitable option factor rather of bobbing up out with him or despite. So in simple terms say on your boyfriend David kissed me on the college dance and that i pushed him away and suggested whats incorrect with you! Your boyfriend may be the main important dick if he broke up with you so i'm virtually effective issues will artwork out noticeably simply by fact which you probably did no longer respond to the kiss. From the way you form this you sound like your perchance 13 or 14 and im 13 so i will relate. O and sorry if i tousled typing kidna rushing. wish i helped and strong success! :)

What are you two doing that would cause someone to arrest and charge your bf?

Whatever it is, you'd be wise to stop.

I think perhaps your parents would prefer if you would finish your education and get a good, steady well-paying job before settling down with a boyfriend or husband. They're right, BTW. You should finish your education first - then boyfriend/husband later.

And if BF is respectful of your parents, he'll understand and obey their rules. If he isn't respectful of your parents, get a new boyfriend because he isn't respecting you either.

are your parents citizens??? I don't think it really matters. If they live in the US then yes, they can. If they are still in your home country they cannot, under US law, tell you who you can or cannot date. Your almost 18 anyways, if they haven't said anything to you yet about you dating someone who is a legal adult, they are not very likely to bring it up now. Don't worry, worrying only makes it harder on you if things don't work out the way you want them to. Your parents love you and they only want the best for you.

When you say, "ma bf" I assume you mean "my boyfriend."

I don't know why on earth your boyfriend would go to jail just because you're applying for citizenship. Is there something I'm missing here?

Well one time in the middle east, two teenagers were in love but the families hated each other including the kids that were together. So guess what happened? Both of them were shot(gun bang bang fall to the ground).

Sorry, can't help you as I can't understand anything you just said. Perhaps you should learn to talk like an adult if you wish to reap the benefits of an adult.

Don't worry, nothing will change regardless of your mom's bf's residency.
