I went to a local bookstore and bought this book. I started reading it yesterday, I am only into about 4-5 chapters and boy did I find out many things my dh and I are doing wrong. I actually recommend this book to anyone who is ttc, very informative! The book was about $24.00, instead of wasting money on taking pregnancy tests too early, save your money and go get this book. I am one of the ladies who is ttc and kept getting pregnancy tests only for them to come out negative. Are there any ladies out there after reading this book actually did become pregnant and if so, how long after reading it did it take you?

TCOYF taught me so much. I bought it 3 years ago and I still find myself going back to it every now and then. Every woman should have this book. If you are on a budget and can't really afford it, check your local library for it or even hit Ebay and pick up a used copy.

got this book last month. ITS THE GREATEST. I did go to half priced books and got it for $10....so it's very affordable. I think that i read it all in three days. It's such a great reference and I keep going back to it to check things out. Like on monday I had the temp decrease and thought AF was coming that day but nothing then Tues my temp went back up and so I went to the book to see if this is normal and sure enough there can be a downshift in the LP that is caused by increased estrogen....Hopefully what I've learned from it will help with conceiving. Have been trying for 9 mths now. Lots of baby dust to everyone.

I bought this book as well and loved reading it. Sorry I can't help you out on the conceiving part DH and I are still trying although I am on fertility drugs. I found this book on boarders.com where you can buy new/used ones and I got it for like $8.
I still go back and read things in it. It's a must have book if you're trying to conceive.
Good luck to you ~
