as time goes on and you get used to having it at a certain time you will probably have a discharge before your period. it is a sign it is coming soon. so you can where one of those mini pads and then you are safe.

there's not much you can do at all i'm afriad, just wear two pairs of knickers around the same time your period started last month, and look out for familiar signs before you start your period, though don't worry, if you do get blood everywhere everyone will understand all girls go through this irregular stage, just don't wear light colours. And you won't get it everywhere anyway.

What I did, before I went on BC was mark a red dot on a calendar on the day that your period starts, and then count 28 days from that, and the day you end on should be the day it'll come next.

I also always carried around a tampon and some pads/panty-liners, just in case! Especially the week before your period is supposed to start, just in case it decides to come early.

I don't know how long you have been having your period but after awhile you will learn the signs and symptoms and what you feel like when you are about to start. If you dont learn to track it and your signs there is really nothing that you can do except wear something 24/7

well i started mine near when you started yours and UGH its annoying how its so unexpected! well try wearing a pantyliner like around 28 days.. so maybe from 25-35 days or whatever. it seems SO annoying.. i dont do that.. but if you dont want to get it on your underwear go for the pantylines. goodluck

You can't really do anything. Your periods will be unpredicable for at least a year while your cycle normalizes. You can always wear panty liners if you think it might be coming.
