To the person that says "Theres no proof this works or not"
Of course it does, keeping a majority of the sperm inside
of you after intercourse is definitlely going to raise your
chances of pregnancy!
Now Im not sure if elevating your bum on a pillow afterwards
will help any, but women will do just about anything -- even
stand on their heads to increase the chances
And yeah I agree, 30 minutes is plenty of time
Of course even after 30 minutes you'll still have lots of
sperm in there swimmin around.
After intercourse, try not to COUGH or sneeze or
anything like that because it will always come out lol
Personal experience..

just lay there for about 15-20 minutes put a pillow underneath the hips and legs bend up in the air so that the gravity can transfer the sperm closer to the uterus

Actually, there is no proof that this helps or not. It certainly can't hurt, but there's really no indication it helps, and if it does, certainly no proof it helps significantly.
The sperm is in there, the cervix is closed, and the sperm isn't going to fall out. THe strong swimmers will get where they want to go, regardless of you laying there for 2 minutes or 22.

We always try to have sex in the evening and then just go to sleep afterwards. For us it helps if he stays inside as long as he is erect...lol kinda plugs it up.
If timing does not allow just going to sleep, I lay back with a pillow under my butt for 30 mins.
If you move or stand up, it all comes back out.
Good luck

I usually try to time it with bedtime or a nap then you're not bored just laying there. Read a book, watch tv. or something.
