No, they've probably answered the same questions you have, read your remarks and liked the way you think. Not at all strange. You know you can make it so people CAN'T do that, right? On your Profile settings.

Maybe they just read the answers given to questions and they decided they liked your attitude and the way you answer.

Yes and one time their username was my fiance's middle name (milton) and I thought that was really weird. I know he never uses the computer so who could it be?!

yes, it's kinda awkward.
like i have a stalker or something.
i sometimes turn around and expect someone to be breathing heavily behind me.
it's quite creepy.
