Babies typically take about half their weight in ounces of formula. For example, if he weighs 12lbs then about 6oz is just right. He should be taking this much about every 3 hours.

My son was drinking 6 oz bottles from about 3 weeks on. He was 9lbs at birth. The doctor said, if he's hungry feed him. The baby will know when he's full. My son just couldn't get enough. He stuck with the 6oz bottles for awhile, but drank them really frequently. He is now 5 months and does about 9 or 10 oz at a time. Recently, I tried switching to a cheaper formula, the Enfamil Lipil from Nestle GoodStart. The Enfamil was not filling him as much as the GoodStart. With the Enfamil I felt like I was feeding him all day. If you use Enfamil you may want to try the GoodStart and see if it fills him up more.

No, 10 weeks is WAYYY too young for solid foods. I very much doubt that your baby is truly needing to eat 'all the time.' (And if she was, why do you think she'd be miraculuously satisfied with a teaspoon of ground up rice?) If formula, which is rich in fat and calories doesn't do the trick, why would a bit of refined starch? She's presumably crying for some other reason. Could she be bored? Gassy? Want to suck? Want to cuddle? Have reflux or an allergy? Is she overtired? Teething? Have an ear infection? Find the solution to her misery, and wait until she's 6 months old to start solids.

Hiya hun he does sound like a little guzzler lol.
Is there a thicker type of milk you can give him ? Some babies ( like my son) liked the thicker type as it feeds them better, and fills them up.
Some babies like a lot of milk , some dont, sounds perfectly normal hunni.
Sounds like he was a good healthy weight, so maybes trying this may help.
All the best

Yeah, it's fine. As long as he's gaining weight properly (as determined by his doctor, not by you or Great Aunt Martha or the random lady at the supermarket), the amount he eats at any given moment is unimportant.

If he is acting still hungry, I'd give him more. There is no set amount.
