Did you buy the game or the account??? If you bought the game, you got scammed, and should open a dispute to get the money back. If you bought the account, then you should contact the person you bought it from and get the user name and password from them. Make sure you get the answer to the secret question as well, so you can change the password immediately. You can then set up the account under your name and billing information (no, you won't be able to change the user name). Delete the toons if you want or play them.

If you purchased the starter kit and your cd key isn't working take it back to the store, say it's not reading right or something, and ask for a new copy of the game. Either that or call up the 1-800 number for SWG and tell them what's happened. If you did actually buy the game, they'll give you a CD Key. It's a great game, hope you get in and enjoy it!

you need to buy a new key. Sorry, but it sounds like you got scammed. Online MMO games generally cannot be sold used since the accounts cannot be re-used.

your kinda out of luck on that one. you might want to leave negative feedback for the person you bought it from since the key isnt good.
