Frankly, I think you should tell him clearly how he is creating uneasiness for you by sticking to the same old topic. Then if he continues to harass you, simply inform him that you will no longer want to have a friend who does not understand you and therefore you would appreciate if he stops harrassing you. Nethertheless if he continues then you may resort to the ultimate measures that many other answerers have mentioned before me..
