It was just in an envelope regular mail (it was a gift card) and so I didn't get tracking.. The seller after like 4 days she revoked her payment .. AFTER I had already sent the item!! It's been about 12 days and now she's claiming she "didn't get the item." I'm so angry!! I filed reports on Ebay but all they say is "some action will be taken on her account that they can't tell me" and that MAYBE I can get my final value fee back.. which is like $4 or $5 !!! Do I have any freaking rights here?? Is there anything I can do without the actual Post Office tracking ??????????????? I was sending packages that day so I actually went into the post office but sent it regular mail in a envelope

whatever kind of giftcard it is you should call the company it is from and (hopefully you kept the number) and tell them it was stolen. they will freeze the funds.

Unless you purchased tracking and delivery confirmation, there was none. I hope you learned why this is so important. How does anyone KNOW that you actually sent the item? There is very little you can do and you already have done that, report the issue to eBay.

Your screwed due to lack of evidence.

If you had sent by registered mail or tracking you could do something.

leave a fraud notice in feedback.

Hon? If you are this worked up over $5, its time to quit selling online or through the mail. I dont start getting this upset until the total amount is over $8.

I would recommend accepting payment only through PayPal.
