I once was confident...overconfident and completely torn down by everyone. I want to rebuild my self-confidence but, in a healthy manner, not too much. Can you help? thanks :)

Just be yourself. It's possible to exude self-confidence without walking all over everyone else. I'm not sure what situations you're in, but if it's related to your work, be prepared to listen to others as well as offering your ideas. You don't have to play the part of a shrinking violet, nor do you have to bamboozle everyone. There is a happy medium. Be confident in your own feelings, but give a little of yourself to others. That's the secret key.... Good luck!

You will know when you are "overconfident" when your expected results don't pan out. Keep in mind also that "risk taking behavior" is just that, taking risks and needs to be evaluated before disaster occurs.

Maybe if you got some kind of hobby you would not be as warried about it.
