I love Emily Avella and Kaylee Avella, and I love Emily and Kaylee together, and I love the sound of Kaylee Gianna Avella, but I don't think that Emily Jamie sounds that great. Maybe give her a middle name that sounds better with her sister's? Jamie is so standard English, and Gianna is so romantic Italian. Also, I'm not sure if Kaylee is a name that will suit a woman all her life. It's very cute... but when you're 22 and a new college graduate and trying to get a company to take you seriously as a strong, intelligent, capable woman, do you really want a cutesy name? I guess she could put Kay Avella on her resume, though.

Emily Jamie doesn't sound right and not too sure about the Gianna part but Kaylee is cute. How about these:
Emilee Janelle and Kailee Joelle
They are both kind of common names but the spelling is pretty different and the middle names go together better.

I think that Kaylee Gianna is great, a little originality but still normal enough to pronounce it. Emily Jamie is very normal and even boring. If you like Emily maybe Emilia, Emilie. Instead of Jamie you can make it Jamison. Other names..

Emily Jamie does not flow. Its two of the same ending sounds and that never sounds right. They both have the "E" ending sounds. Kailee Gianna is cute. Diff unique. I like it.

Emily Jamie has too many 'ee' sounds at the end of it.
Aside from that, I dig it. I like Gianna better as a first name but, that's just me :)

I almost named my daughter Michaela Jaymes but backed out at the last minute...now I wish I would have done that. Love the names though.
