I love the name Opal, but I don't think Sabrina goes with it. I Love the names Josephine Lily and Maria Isobel, so cute, and so chic. Good luck :)

I love Maria Isobella, or Lucinda Grace. Joesophine Lily doesn't do anything for me.
Opal Sabrina sounds better reversed Sabrina Opal, but Opal is a really nice name. I would work with Opal and a different middle name if you like Opal a lot. Opal Marie? Opal Mystique?

I really don't like Opal. Maybe as a middle name. Sabrina Opal sounds fine.

I think opal is a really ugly sounding name, if your really set on Opal how about using it as a middle name? I really like "Josie" and Lucinda or Lucy is cute too. Maria is kinda normal and boring.
