I don't have a pet anymore, but I used to have two parakeets and a cat... I enjoyed hand-feeding the parakeets and playing with the cat.

My favorite things are the fun and joy she brings. I marvel at her intelligence, tenacity and interaction. Her fur feels like velvet. She shows concern and attention to every detail, she's very aware of everything.

The fact that no matter how crabby, or stinky, or bitchy I am, my cat is still happy to see me when I get home, and he loves me unconditionally.
