If he didn't have a license to practice law, then he couldn't be Attorney General, right?

And after watching his dismal performance in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee (again) yesterday, it is apparent that he is lying or unfit to hold the job due to serious illness (eg: Alzheimers disease).

Either way, it sounds like grounds for disbarrment from the Texas Bar Association.

Charity: I'm not a Democrat nor a liberal progressive. But Gonzales is completely unfit for the job. His nomination should have never been allowed to go through and should have been stopped short like Harriet Miers.

DavidMi: How do you resolve the fact that Gonzales could not answer 1 single question posed by Senator Arlen Spector yesterday? Spector started tossing him softballs too and Gonzales could not answer the questions with a simple yes or no.

Unlike a lot of state governments which have laws requiring anyone who runs for Attorney General to be a member of the bar, there is no such requirement for US Attorney General. Congress can remove him from office through the impeachment process, and he will probably be a lot easier to remove from office than President Bush.

I agree, he is not fit for the job. If he knew he could not handle it, why did he continue? One simple reason: he wants to put the blame on anyone and everything else so he doesn't look like someone who was doing nothing.
Try looking up Omar Guerrero, that will make you wanna barf, too. Texas has some screw ups on their hands. . .

So in your mind he is guilty before found innocent? Man, I just love the court of public opinion. No pesky evidence is required.
