Ok. I checked online and no one says anything about hitting it out of the park but this is what I've found.

"In 1978, against Steve Rogers of the Montreal Expos, Willie Stargell hit the only fair ball ever to reach the upper deck of Olympic Stadium."

Also

"On April 4, 1988, in the first game played under the fabric roof, Darryl Strawberry hit the rim of the concrete roof for what is thought to be the longest home run ever hit at the Big O."

I do vaguely recall Kong once put one through the canvas roof.

Strawberry once hit one -- I think it was opening day -- and by dang, that was without question the sweetest single swing I have ever witnessed, just his entire 6'6" frame putting EVERYTHING into the exact spot where the ball was -- and it went up and long and finally hit and broke a light way, way high above right field. The roof was closed and it wasn't going to go out anyway, but it probably was not possible to hit a ball any further inside Olympique. Just amazing, the sort of at-bat that should be in training videos as the "do this" example. It was a thing of rare beauty.

I'm taking a guess:
Barry Bonds, 1982, a 3-1 count bases loaded in the top of the 4th inning.
