I didn't think she is on house arrest. She served her time in jail already. I think when they "released" her the first time in jail she had to serve the rest of her time at home with a monitoring bracelet. But since she served her time in jail, she is somewhat of a free woman.

She's not on house arrest, if you didn't see the news, she served the rest of her time in jail and is now a free woman, i think her partying is old news. You need to watch the news a bit closer.

She's not on house arrest. She was for a few days back when she was serving her sentence.
