Iam 24 years old. my cycle is regulary 27 days. my period on my last cycle was due today. I did a test this morning which was negative. I have slight dull cramps more like streching these have been for the last three days. no period yet! Do you think this means I am not pregnant? I usally have sore and tende breasts nothing this month!

A test on the day your period is due is nearly 99% accurate so it sounds like you aren't pregnant.
As far as advice on how to get pregnant, you should consider charting your basal body temps. It will help make sure you are ovulating and timing intercourse properly. Hey I feel your pain! I am 2 days late for my period. My cycles are always exactly 27 days. I took a pregnancy test yesterday afternoon and got a negative as well. I have no period symptoms yet and no pregnancy symptoms. My husband and I are technically not trying we gave up last month. I can't help but feel hopeful though. I wish you luck and hopefully we both don't get our periods!

i am also ttc, this will be #2 for me. my dh and i are currently on our 3 month actively trying, my nmp is supposed to start sunday so i am hoping it doesnt and i get a bfp. i went and bought the book Taking Charge of Your Fertlity yesterday and started reading it last night, i am not even throuogh the first few chapters and i have come across so many things we are doing wrong. i would definitly suggest you go pick up a copy, its a great book from what ive read so far.
