This is HHH second come back into wrestling, his first come back a fews year ago was disappointing b/c he left all ripped and cut-up looking, and came back all chubby and flabby.
What do you all think he will come back looking like? Toned and cut-up like before ( long time ago ) or chubby and stuff like he did before he left a little over a year ago?
I hope he comes back lookin ripped, it goes better with his tough guy image.

The best he ever has!!! He will be bigger than before and possibly how he was when he was in wars with the rock and stone cold...He will come back and win the belt for the 11th time (he still aint better then the rock) but im tired of seeing cena with the belt and lashley should of won that super fixed *** match!!!

his legs will look skinnier than we are used to, however his upper body will be absolutely shredded. He had to keep up the upper body workouts while he was wheelchair bound...HHH hates sitting around, so he was working out those muscles he could, even when he couldn't walk. His legs will be skinnier, because he must have lost some muscle mass because of surgery, and hasn't fully regained it...

What if he got plastic surgery and chopped off his nose them yes he would look different.... but be probably will look like a fat pig because he has a wife and daughter that require help from him!

he will come back better than ever hopefully i can say the same for HBK when he comes back in November, i just hope HBK doesn't get a cold before he comes back

I think that he would look the same, but he hair would probably be longer.
