Dreams are thought to be our minds' way of sorting out all the problems we've faced through the day. Sexual tension is a big part of anyone's life (especially in the repressed world we live in), its quite natural to dream of rude things. And to think about it all day.
After all, it keeps the world turning.

OMG! MISS SMITH! Thank God Im not the only one! Im sound in body! But my wildest dreams are affecting my way of life! I can be sat with friends(not listening to the conversation) and i find that im blurting it out as if its really happening there and then!

Yes these kind of dreams are simply something in waking life we are not dealing with or even wishful thinking that manifest themselves within our dreams.
