As i've already answered the other times this was asked, the fad of the "gay" piercing went out with the 80's. Please let it stay there. There is no gay ear, or gay side of the nose to pierce. The only hint towards someone being gay relating to a piercing is the actual jewelry. There are pride earrings, nose rings, etc. Other than that....dont believe the hype.

At one time it was the left ear. At another time it was the right ear. To some it was both ears.
These days it doesn't make any difference which ear. Str8s pierce their ears too on either side (or both).

Do people still believe that? A better rule of thumb is not to look for something in a person's ear to determine if they are gay...look to see if they have something in their butt.
