Wolf is a wolf. Siberian husky is a dog. The wolf is large, has a larger skull, longer jaw, longer legs and longer body. Husky is a medium size dog. If you had a wolf standing next to a husky the differences would be very obvious.

Genetically there's very little difference. All domestic dogs can trace their ancestry back to the wolves that hung around the camps of Cro-Magnon man some 20,000 years ago. The Siberian Husky is a domestic dog that has been changed little since then. They are closer to their lupine ancestors than say, a Chihuahua or poodle simply because their lupine (wolf-like) characteristics were ideal for the job of pulling sleds. Wolves have incredible stamina and can chase down prey for 20 miles or more, taking turns to run the animal down.

The wolf, known as canis lupus, is a "natural dog" and is large, up to 8 feet in length (timber wolf) and weighing up to 180 pounds. Supposedly, none have ever been trained, but legends afford many notable stories of wolves being tamed. According to one such story, a Canandian mushing his dog team had his dogs killed by wolves; in order to survive, the Canandian captured some wolves and had them pull his dog sled. They are fierce and cunning.
The Siberian Husky, originally from eastern Siberia, is a medium-sized dog belonging to the Spitz genetic family, with a thickly furred double coat, sickle tail, erect triangular ears and distinctive markings. It is closely related to the Alaskan Malamute and the Samoyed. Although they are no more related to wolves than any other breed of dog, their wolfish face makes people think they are half wolf. They make great pets.
You can find out more by googling Siberian Husky.

There are lots of differences that are easier to see in person than describe. The wolf will be larger, lankier, with long legs and long body. The eyes are often yellow and the fur will be a varigated gray or brown (or occasionally other colors, white, black, etc.) Also, you'll see an intelligence in wolf eyes that far surpasses any dog.
Huskies will tend to be more square in the body, well balanced and more square in the head. Eyes are brown or blue. Body is generally a single color with white collar/feet and tail tip.

Wolves are usually considered a different species from domestic dogs (although they can actually interbreed with most modern dogs). However, dogs and wolves probably diverged relatively recently (new evidence suggests as recently as 15,000 years ago), and there has been many incidents of interbreeding between wolves and dogs throughout human history.
The Husky, however, is just a dog that happens to have retained a wolf-like appearance (through careful breeding). It is no more closely related to wolves than any other kind of dog.
