I feel weird but I love the wa she makes love to me, I wanna sit and watch and she her in action .. we have done the video and it just not the same.. am I a bad person for thinking this or what.. should I tell her?

No, man, that is not unusual at all. You would be surprised with how many guys have this fantasy. Tell it to your wife, and if you are both okay with it, go ahead and do it. But my advice is to find a relative stranger that you know only slightly but can trust, as the guy who pleasures your wife. Otherwise there are complications. Certainly don't get a co-worker or the guy next door to do it. Find a guy on CraigsList, and videotape it so you will both be able to watch and enjoy it later.

Not wrong for having the fantasy - but beware of acting it out. Do not force your wife into - and make sure you really can handle watching some else pleasure your wife. Alternate lifestyles my seem fun - but it takes two mature, non-jealous, people to make it work.

I don't think it's wrong to have this fantasy.
But realize that if you decide to go through with this, it will no longer be a fantasy. Let her know exactly what you just told us. That you love the way she makes love to you and you want to see it for yourself.

Its not an uncommon fantasy. If the two of you feel open to that then tell her. It must be so nice to have someone that you can express this sort of experimentation with. Its cool, too many of us seem to find ourselves stuck with people who aren't even open to video taping with our partner....lack of trust.

Voyeurism is not as unheard of as you would think. Lots of people guys and girls like the idea of either being watched or watching. I would not personally do it but that's me.
