You never know what you'll do until faced with the situation. Family and friends are a no brainer. A stranger in a burning house- would I try to save them and maybe die but save them- I'd like to think I would. I think guilt would motivate it though, so it wouldn't be for heroic reasons.

Yes, for a boy, who was my best friend once. He was very clever, sensitive, funny and had an amazing general culture. His parents divorced and his mother took him to another city and school....... After 4 years, he returned to his father, but he was totally changed........the divorce really affected him, his mother didn't care about him and he even started taking drugs.......he didn't want to speak with me anymore.....If he would change and become the person who was before the divorce, I would die for him........ He was the only person who really understood me..........and I miss my old friend......I wish I could do something for him........

I am assuming you mean situations like sacrifice my life for theirs. I would take a bullet for them. Should they need a heart, kidney etc I would give it.

I am a desert storm vet, i was in the position of this for people i do not even know. i do not think dying for a loved one would be much of a problem.

I dunno. A parent perhaps. It would be in the spur of the moment because if given a choice in the presence of my parents they wouldn't let me give up my life for theirs. I don't think I could ever die for a stranger though it'd have to be for a close relative.

You can't decide when to die and if you want to choose it then the courage required to die is enough to solve any problem in this world for which you want to die.

That would be an extremely difficult task for me, being a selfish person at times.
But i would for my boyfriend, i think.. maybe.. it depends how i'd have to die =)
