Bush is sometimes referred to informally as George Bush Jr. in order to distinguish him from his father

whatever mckenzie. iraq was better off before 9/11. sadamn had it way more under control than we do. We could have handled the Iraq situiation after we captured the mastemind of 9/11. That is our biggest threat.

Who's Bush Jr?

2007-07-25 06:06:54 · answer #1 · answered by Brian 7 · 0 1

Not a supporter,

But....The Bush Administration has now stated that the reason the Iraqi government is failing is because of the people here who do not support the war!

That way they do not have to explain why they have failed to meet ANY bench marks that The Bush Administration said would be met.

Meanwhile we have given billions of dollars to no-bid contracts to Corporations who have either:

1. Not carried out the terms of the contract at all.

2. Done the designated work as stated in the contract but did sub-standard work or used sub-standard materials.

3. Over-Billed for services carried out (Fed 100 soldiers=Bill for 1,0000 soldiers fed!)

Iraq has a government? One that actually functions? Anybody who thinks that better start getting their news from somebody other than Fixed News Channel.

I am not a Bush supporter, but I still don't like the tone of your question.

I am a card carrying Dem.
Your anger is palpable. We need to keep out heads together and defeat the Reps. Use your energy toward supporting your candidate or getting involved in local politics. This is not a useful or effective way to bring about the changes you want to see.

I don't care about an Iraqi government!!! LoL!!!

If they actually formed one, then we'd have to leave Iraq!!! That's never going to happen!!!

Wait till we invade Iran next!! (What's that Dick??)

Oh - sorry! Gotta go, Dick doesn't know I'm on the 'puter!

Sincerely,
Dubya

Cheering the failure of the Iraqi government does not make them look bad and us look good.

It just makes us look bad. Don't do it.

The alternative was Saddam, who tried to assassinate one of our Presidents, invade one of our allies (Kuwait), pay suicide bombers to kill civilians in Israel, and repeatedly broke the cease-fire over a decade.

I don't side with that. It's sane to suggest that the rush to war was precipitous, but to side with the failure of the Iraqi government?

Your stripes aren't showing red and white. Their showing green for political bigotry.

Right on target. It took over a decade to get our act together. This takes time. There is no model for Iraq to follow
