Easily a week with no harm at all. Most likely as long as a month to 6 weeks in totall, but it would certainly result in harm tot he fish well before you got that long.

In the wild fishes including bettas will eat when food becomes available and may go on for days without food. In the home aquarium the can survive not being fed for several days to 1 week or so, but they it is not wise to do this since we strive to keep the healthy and beautiful.

Betas can survive for two weeks without food but by then they are seriousley weakend and die from a disease, or parasite soon after because they are quite weak.

Less time than a human, because they're smaller.
Anyway that's an odd question to ask for no reason.
If you let that fish die it's going to come back to haunt you.
