why does a women that has a good relationship try to wreck it?

Perhaps the woman has never had a good relationship before and this is very unfamiliar so she does not know what to do but create what she has had before. If the guy is a good guy take a deep breath and say he hasnt done anything wrong yet. You always have the option of breaking up but if things are okay try and enjoy them even if you are not used to the idea of a good relationship.

Because they usually don't know how good they had it till it is over with. When they try to wreck something that is so good to them it means they know that it is good and they are not ready for it to be as good as it is or that they are going to end up hurting the person in the long run so they might as well get it over with now. It usual has to do with self worth, women have big issues with this subject. They think that they are not worthy enough to have a good relationship. Therefor they call it quits before they get to involved.

Perhaps she is testing him.

In her mind, she may think he will be leaving anyway (low self esteem based either in fact or fantasy) so if he leaves she can say "told you so."

There a lot of women out there who tend to think that way.
