The facts stand as they are. No, I never made fun of anyone's disease. I made a point, that very few of you are actually answering. Why was he permitted to stay in that position when he had this disease which is debilitating to say the least? Does it show the truth behind who really holds the strings of power?

The only ones who say that I am making fun of someones illness are those that don't want to face the truth behind Reagan...because if you did you would have to admit that he had nothing to do with the downfall of either Russia, or the Berlin wall, and was actually a mediocre President at the very least, who deregulated our infrastructure (which is leaving us open for disasters now) and the fact that the first amnesty was done under him.

Perhaps his disease made it easier for Daddy Bush to manipulate him. However, I do not consider Reagan to have been a good President. Decimation of family farms, Iran-Contra, rising national deficits, stock market upheavals, decreases of veteran's benefits, pouring funds into SDI when his own experts told him the technology was not available and many more years would be required to develop it.
Oh and yeah, trickle down economics.

Most people who consider Reagan to be a good President do not think he's a good President because of Alzheimer's. They think he's a good President because he cut inflation by more than half, implemented the de-regulation policy that neutralized OPEC's strangle hold on oil prices for the next decade and a half, and because his foreign policy basically ended the Cold War. I read a book recently where 75 scholars from 3 different fields (political science, law, and history) ranked the Presidents from Washington to Clinton, (the consensus was that it was too early to rank President Bush) and Reagan was named the most underrated President in history (for the record Bill Clinton was a close second, and the overwhelming choice for the most overrated President in history, chosen by 43 out of 75 scholars, was John F. Kennedy)

I'm guessing he was considered a good president since he came after Carter and Saddam would seem good compared to him. Globalist presidents go all the way back to Wilson. But for my money - I like Ike.

More than likely Alzheimers is caused by all the poisons and toxins pumped into us by the feds and their coporate pals.

No, but it is important to oversee eight years of peace and prosperity while helping to liberate 50 million citizens of the former Soviet Union. And it doesn't hurt to be articulate, have vision and to exude a genuine optimism and belief that America is great.

Mix in a history book, chica.
