You have not peed yourself the fluid is from your Bartholomew glands which lubricate your vagina when you are aroused it means that you really enjoyed using the vibrator you will notice it more as you orgasm enjoy your vibrator the only thing a vibrator will not do is buy a round of drinks

It could have been as a result of the stimulation from the vibrator but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
