I doubt that watching ghost videos off the internet causes ghosts to haunt you, however if you believe that they will, your mind and imagination may manifest this belief.
As for your question, are ghosts real, I personally cannot see why they cannot be real. There is more to the world that what we humans really know or will ever know.

haha no most ghost videos on the interenet are nothing but pranks. People make them because they want other people to believe that they are telling the truth to throw them off track and see their reactions.

Even if it was real the ghost wouldn't haunt you because then it would have to haunt all of the poeple that have watched the tape. I don't know about you but considering how many people watch these tapes the ghost would have to haunt many people.

I personally believe that ghosts do exist.
There are many things we have yet to figure out about this world. There are many things that have not yet been discovered so the possibility of ghosts could be very real.

This is one of the questions that may remain publicly unsolved for many more years to come

Yes. In fact, last year, YouTube removed all ghost videos from their site because of a mass haunting incident in Brockton, Massachusetts that occured after a group of 7th grade friends watched an internet ghost video without their parents permission.

In that incident, the ghosts appeared at 6 minutes after midnight, and ate the faces of the unfortunate children.

So if you have watched a ghost video, the best thing to do is sleep FACE DOWN. The ghost still could gnaw on the back of your head, but it's better than losing your face.

Nothing in this world is truly real until you experience it for your own self! Things that go bump in the nite are very real, whatever you want to call them in fine with me. But as for seeing a milky white shape moving in a close proximitey to myself, they were very real.
