I know my birthday, but need to find out what time I was born. And I do not have a copy of my birth certificate. I can't ask anyone in my family, because they aren't around.

Where were you born? Go to the Hall of Records or whereever vital statistics are kept. They will be able to give you a copy of your birth certificate.

you should get a copy of your birth certificate from the hospital you were born in. this document is needed for many matters that you need to show id for: drivers license, opening a bank account, social security, a passport, etc.

Thats a tough one, to my knowledge there is no way. Unless asking the people who were around at the time of birth.

Become a born-again Christian and then note the exact time that conversion took place.
